Substitutes

We reserve the right to substitute a variety in a collection with one of equal colour and merit in the event of it becoming sold out earlier in the season.

We reserve the right to substitute where necessary when some varieties run short but we would find it a great help if you would add a few names of varieties you would prefer us to use.

If you do not require any substitutes please state this at the time of ordering or if you wish to be consulted concerning this matter.

Cancellations

We regret that owing to the enormous expense of booking an order we can no longer accept cancellation of an order without a charge of 30% as liquidated damages.
